Welcome!

Welcome to "Take It Or Leave It"!

In keeping with ChathamRecycles' interest in reusing whenever and whatever we can, this online swap shop allows individuals or businesses to list items they are discarding or seeking...a give-away list and wish list all in one. You might find something you want....and you might have something someone else wants.
This is strictly swapping, no money involved please.

Any problems or questions, please go to "Contact Us" on the ChathamRecycles.org website.

That's the plan, those are the rules. Now "Take It Or Leave It!"

  1. Chatham Schools Art Teachers have expressed the following:
*We can always use cardboard tubes, newspaper, styrofoam balls, paper plates, floral wire, foil paper, string, yarn, good wood scraps (small), magazines (National Geographic, Architectural Digest or fashion only), wallpaper or fabric samples, felt, old references books, old maps & photos, greeting cards, stamps, buttons, sequins & other sewing notions. And just about anything you have the slightest hint that we might use to create RecyclArt!
*A quantity of any one category is appreciated since classes are usually around 20 students. (Although Mrs. Roberts at the Middle School would LOVE just one sewing machine! :-)
*Enamel paints or any substance which can be toxic or cause cuts such as cans should be avoided.
*Please communicate with us through this blog unless we ask you to phone or email us.
    *Thanks for thinking of us!

  2. I've got over 20 16oz Trader Joe coffee containers. Is this something you could use?

  4. Keith,
Joan Roberts, the Middle School Art teacher, would like to ask you some questions.
Could you please email her at jroberts@chatham.k12.ma.us?
I've asked her to contact you through this blog, but you emailing her may be faster.
    Thanks!
